Five Sentence Email

After reading Cal Newport's A World Without Email, I've embraced taking on the "The Hyperactive Hive Mind" that is incessant email communication.

My first order of business was adding to my email signature a message with my commitment of an email 5 sentences or less. In his blog, Mike Davidson describes this low-fi solution with potentially a large effect.

So if you want to commit to emails 5 (or 4, or 3) sentences or less, let others know and hold yourself accountable by adding this to your email signature; you won't regret it.
